Beyond The Veil announcement + Easter Saturday in Leeds

Some people have apparantly missed the various announcements made last October about "Beyond The Veil" so I am repeating the original announcement below:
******************************************************************************
BEYOND THE VEIL urgent press release Oct 14th 2007

We are sorry to announce that there won't be a "Beyond The Veil" festival in 2008. We have decided to suspend BTV for one year and hope to return for Easter 2009.

BTV takes about 6-8 months to set up and we have decided we need to take a break to concentrate on other activities.

We will continue to host one-off band events which might include another edition of "Under The Veil" in 2008.

GOG Promotions
******************************************************************************

In the event we are now holding a three-band event at the Cockpit in Leeds on Easter Saturday and I would encourage as many of you as possible to come along to this.

old timers, global citizen, have been ruling the electronic block for over a decade now, with their leader, september, still at the top of his game when it comes to fronting the assault on your synthetic senses. their dark, moody, sexy, twisted and some might say, damright perverse music, continues to impress and attract a loyal fanbase. the bands latest album 'crystal japan', has already spawned two very well received singles 'clown' and 'zero butterfly'. the whole of the global citizen's hefty catalogue of releases are available as downloads from here: http://stores.lulu.com/glowboy

[prototype] has been developing since 2004/2005. Powerful and fresh electro that brings to mind bands such as Psyclon Nine, Amduscia, Dulce Liquido, Dysfunction Organica czy Hocico (but without repetitive, nice and easy melodies). Interesting beats and intriguing vocal are the reasons why you will hear about [prototype] again soon so remember the name!
